new friends

so i feel like i have so much to say but i don't know where to begin! ah ok so i'm still jet lagged so it's been hard to want to go out and do alot but being in london who wants to sit inside? Nobody! 

k well saturday the rest of our group got here and that night we decided to go out and explore and see a little bit of the city. we went down to oxford street and walked around. found a few necessities in primark, and just wanted to talk to everyone because we love their accents!

ok so sunday was a little bit of a different experience. we all get split up for church. some have to travel a ways outside of central london. well i am part of that lucky group who has to travel outside of central london. it may have taken us 2 hours to get there. we took 2 different tubes then walked 2.5 miles up hill. we had a phone with directions until it died when we got off the tube. luckily before we left i had pulled up directions on my phone so when jordans phone died i pulled mine out and it must've been divine intervention because my data was off but it still led us to church. we were 45 minutes late to church but the people in our ward are awesome! there are about 20 people in my ward and they are the nicest people.

coming home was a little bit of a better experience. we decided to take the train so we didn't have to walk 2.5 miles so instead of it taking 2 hours it took 1.5 hours.

by the time we got back to the centre they had already started dinner. needless to say, we were starving with it being fast sunday and hiking almost 3 miles. 

alright so today we started class and i really don't mind taking classes here! our class room is 10 stairs away from our dorm and we can go to class in our sweats and socks! its the best thing ever! after classes we went to the museum but of course had to take pictures with everyone in front of our building! so here is our cute new home!

after the museum (we weren't allowed to take pictures, sorry) we headed back to get dinner ready and of course had to take the telephone pictures and tube pictures. here ya go! enjoy
